I know the name of that town rings a bell to the majority of readers out there, but for those not in the know, it’s a place from the Pokemon series. And if there’s one thing Pokemon anime and video game series are famous for, it’s all those breathtaking babes in sexy costumes and outfits prancing around. Sure, there are also Pokemon themselves, but they are not as enjoyable when we’re talking about a porn parody video game in The Void Club series. On the other hand, even these naughty creatures get something to do in particularly kinky ways.

Now, if you’ve already played some or all of the previous installments, then you know what the series is about. And even if we’re not breaking new ground with the fifth part, The Void Club: Chapter 5 still managed to throw in plenty of new features. The game even surprised me a couple of times. I had thought I knew what to expect, but the devs still came through. It’s getting more and more interesting how they manage to keep things fresh. At the end of the day, we’re still talking about a browser porn game that loads in less than a minute and takes less than an hour to complete fully. Yet I had a blast playing chapter five, and then I kept replaying it until I got all the scenes and endings available.

The Story Never Stops Developing

First, let’s revisit the previous parts. They are all the more critical if you haven’t played any of the installments in the series. I’m not saying this is some sort of a must-play gaming masterpiece, but the whole adventure is deceptively good. You’ll have a blast going through all the chapters and jerking off to all those stunning babes in hardcore action. The only way to fully experience The Void Club: Chapter 5 is to know what came before it. You’ll get to know the complete story, and you’ll meet the characters, which will make it all the more satisfying when you fuck their brains out.

Long story short, The Void Series puts you in control of a manager of an interdimensional nightclub. The goal is to travel the multiverse looking for the sexiest babes out there. You’re given a plethora of tools and devices to capture, seduce, kidnap, or do whatever it takes to those chicks to get them to work for you. On top of all that, you’re given a busty and trustful blue elf Sylvia, who is there to cater to all your needs, from the most mundane to the most perverted. And, naturally, every adventure ends with you fucking the brains out of every hottie you run into.

Now, the previous chapter had us fighting a horde of zombies and ensuring lavish Jill Valentine joined our cause as a busty security officer. The Void Club: Chapter 5 picks up where we left off as some sort of malfunction happened with the interdimensional portal. As the intro already suggested, you ended up in the magnificent Pokemon world. And if you know anything about Pokemon, it’s that there are those beautiful pink-haired nurses called Joy and striking blue-haired officers called Jenny. You get to fuck them.

A Change in Pace

In a way, The Void Club: Chapter 5 both enlarges the already massive multiverse that we’re in and narrows everything down to keep it more focused. Just like with every previous installment, developers managed to spice things up and keep innovating. And just like then, every sequel offers more than the last and comes with even better improvements. The game gets exponentially better. At least as much as the constraints of it being a browser game allow it to. There are even more choices now. There are different ways to approach things, different ways to fuck things up, and different ways to fuck other girls you run into.

The story begins like in all previous games, where you and Sylvia find yourselves in an unknown setting. It doesn’t take long before you run into a Bulbasaur. Just like before, some choices lead to death; others lead to sex scenes. And those who know what Bulbasaur is might’ve already deducted that a sex scene will involve tentacles in one way or another. Naturally, just minutes after starting the game, you can enjoy a wonderful animation of your busty elf side-kick being double penetrated by a horny Bulbasaur.

After the short intro, which doesn’t introduce any new concepts, we get to the good stuff. Upon reaching Lavender Town, you’re presented with a map that allows you to explore various places. This takes choice-making to a whole new level. I’ve managed to skip whole sections of the game simply by taking a different route. After replaying The Void Club: Chapter 5 with completely different choices, I was amazed to realize how much stuff can be missed. There are new dialogue options, sex scenes, and even endings.

Less Is More

I’ve mentioned how the fifth chapter is both more complex and more focused than its predecessors. The complexity comes from the variety of choices. There are points where you can decide to go and watch kinky officer Jenny being eaten out by her Pokemon, or you could enjoy pink-haired Joy having her tight holes penetrated by Arbok. All that intricacy is narrative-driven as well. The whole episode revolves around you and Sylvia doing some detective work, trying to solve a mystery that plagues peaceful Lavender Town. That helps create a feeling that the player is in control and that every choice matters.

For example, without spoiling everything, if you find yourselves in a haunted tower, exploring nooks and crannies, try and be bold. You’ll end up pleasantly surprised. Various dashing ladies in the Pokemon world combined with all the different and exotic animals, each featuring unique looks and abilities, gave artists and developers plenty of opportunities to create some rather perverted and kinky scenes. And I’m happy to say that they did a fantastic job. There’s even an easter egg hidden somewhere on the map so pay close attention. That one doesn’t register in the menu gallery, so your only way to see it is to play the game and find it out.

With all being said and done, The Void Club: Chapter 5 feels like the most compact game of the series. One of the reasons for it is that it ends with a cliffhanger that doesn’t resolve anything. In fact, you’ve barely scratched the surface of what’s possible in Lavender Town, you’ve visited only a couple of places and banged just a few hotties, and it’s all over. At first, I wanted to note that as a downside, but then I realized there is nothing but upsides.

More Things That I Liked, Fewer That I Didn’t

Some of the minor issues still exist, and it seems that they won’t change in any foreseeable future. I’m pretty sure there will be no voice acting, even though it would add a whole new dimension to the experience. Speaking of sound, there’s still no dedicated soundtrack. It’s just one song going all the way through, monotonously, not adding anything to the immersion. Once again, I had to mute the whole game because it became boring a couple of minutes in. On top of all that, the unresponsiveness and menu issues are likely here to stay. I guess that has something to do with the engine, and there’s no quick fix for it.

However, all of those gripes are minor, and none of it detracts from the overall adventure that The Void Club: Chapter 5. Even the fact that it ends on a cliffhanger and doesn’t resolve anything, which angered me at first, was a welcome change. Until now, every chapter was a complete story on its own. There were no serious issues about it, but sometimes things seemed rushed. Like, in the span of minutes, you’d get to meet foxy redhead Triss Merigold, fuck her relentlessly, and then capture her as a sex slave for a nightclub. Now, don’t get me wrong. I don’t mind those series of events happening that way. But, with The Void Club: Chapter 5 – Pokemon Lavender Town, I feel there’s much more to cum.

Finally, I liked the introduction of a world map. It gives the player more opportunities to take drastically different paths. Even the easter egg was a welcome addition. The art style is as sexy as ever, and the girls will drain your balls completely. The Void Club: Chapter 5 is yet another successor worth your time.

The Void Club: Chapter 5 has come a long way since the first installment. There’s steady progress noticeable throughout the whole series, but you can genuinely see the difference when you compare this chapter with one of the firsts. The story doesn’t lose steam at any point, and the visuals remain just as kinky and colorful. I don’t know a person in the world who hasn’t had some sort of contact with the Pokemon, making the Lavender Town chapter that much more attractive.
